During this special event you will learn how to identify painful mental states such as anger, anxiety, stress, and depression and use powerful ancient meditation techniques to remove them.
This event is hosted by Tushita Kadampa Buddhist Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in the Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks. The center has been offering weekly classes, workshops, and retreats to the Conejo Valley community for over fourteen years.

About Gen-la Jampa
Gen-la Jampa is an internationally renowned, ordained Buddhist teacher and the Deputy Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition - International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU).
As a senior NKT teacher, Gen-la Jampa has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years, and under Geshe-la's guidance has taught at many centers and events around the world.
