FAQ
I am a beginner, which class should I attend?
Our Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday evening classes are a great introduction if you are new to meditation and buddhism. The class consists of a relaxation and breathing meditation, a talk on a particular aspect of Buddhism, a discussion and a concluding meditation. We also offer classes on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons that are perfect for the beginning meditator. Â And we also offer Prayers for World Peace on Sundays, our most popular class, that is also great for beginners and advanced students alike.
