FAQ

I am a beginner, which class should I attend?
Our Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday evening classes are a great introduction if you are new to meditation and buddhism.
The class consists of a relaxation and breathing meditation, a talk on a particular aspect of Buddhism, a discussion and a concluding meditation. We also offer classes on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons that are perfect for the beginning meditator.  And we also offer Prayers for World Peace on Sundays, our most popular class, that is also great for beginners and advanced students alike.
